Consent to marketing communications

You agree that FHS Czech Republic s.r.o. may send you personalised promotional offers and discounts from FHS partners, as a push notification to your membership card in a mobile wallet (Google Wallet, or Apple Wallet) and/or by e-mail to the e-mail address listed on your membership account. This covers exclusively marketing offers from partners participating in the FHS partner network. The FHS partner network may change; you can always find the current list of FHS partners on our Portal.

This consent covers both of the delivery methods above at the same time. Which one we use depends on the specific message and on whether you have added your membership card to a wallet.

This consent is voluntary and has no effect on your membership or access to benefits. You can withdraw it at any time in your account settings on the Portal, or via the unsubscribe link in every commercial message we send you by e-mail. Withdrawing your consent takes effect immediately for all not-yet-sent commercial messages, in both channels.

Operational messages relating to your membership or orders (e.g. registration confirmation, invoice, membership renewal, or notice that an order is ready for pickup) do not require this consent — they are necessary information about a service you are already using.
