Top 10 Client Responsibilities
- 1. Choose Your Plan & Pay on Time You’re responsible for selecting your plan and ensuring you have enough funds on your card. Payments are made in full for the entire period, so keep an eye on it!
- 2. Repost Posts About Your Membership When FHS shares something about your membership or success with Benefits, we expect you to repost it on your social media. Help spread the good vibes!
- 3. Promote Partner Products & Services Within three days of receiving a product or service, you must post about it on your social media. Don’t forget to tag both the Partner and FHS.
- 4. Keep Your Billing Information Up to Date If you change your address, business ID (IČO), or VAT status, update your details on the Portal and let us know right away.
- 5. Provide a Photo for Promotion We need a photo from you during registration. You confirm that it’s yours and that you have the rights to use it. If it includes someone else’s property (e.g., a club logo), make sure you have permission!
- 6. Inform Us If You Stop Being a Professional Athlete If your status changes and you’re no longer a professional athlete, inform us so we can adjust our collaboration accordingly.
- 7. Do Not Contact Partners Directly You cannot contact FHS Partners directly (or through someone else) for your own interests. This rule applies for two years after your contract ends.
- 8. Keep Your Promotions Honest When promoting products or services, ensure that you provide truthful information and don’t use photos or details that don’t belong to you.
- 9. Follow Campaign Rules Joining a campaign? Great! Just make sure to follow the guidelines provided by FHS or the Partner.
- 10. Payments & Debts If you miss a payment, expect to hear from us. Any debts to FHS must be settled on time so we can continue working on awesome projects!
