FHS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is intended for clients of FHS EA Benefits s.r.o., registered at Jankovcova 1569/2c, 170 00 Prague 7, ID No.: 287 41 862, listed in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 316862 (“FHS”). The purpose of this Policy is to inform clients and other data subjects about what personal data FHS processes, for what purposes, for how long, and what rights data subjects have regarding their protection. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”) and applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

- Billing & payment details: Information required for invoicing and payments.

- Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
- FHS processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Contract fulfillment: Providing services and Benefits.
- Legal obligations: Issuing invoices, accounting records.
- Legitimate interests: Improving services, ensuring Portal security.
- Consent-based processing: Marketing activities, use of cookies (see Section 6).
- The legal bases for processing are mainly Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) GDPR.

- FHS may update this Policy unilaterally. Any changes will be announced on the Portal.
